1. Product
Rackoon ("the Extension") is a browser extension that enriches the Vinted shopping experience. It is sold as a digital service with the following plans:
- Monthly — recurring monthly subscription
- Yearly — recurring annual subscription
- Lifetime — one-time perpetual license
2. Payments
Payments are processed by Creem. All prices include applicable taxes. By completing a purchase you agree to Creem's payment terms.
3. Subscriptions
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through the Extension popup (Manage Subscription link) or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds for monthly, yearly, or lifetime plans.
The only exceptions are billing errors — specifically, being charged more than once for the same period. To report a billing error, email us at the contact address below with your order ID and a description of the issue. Verified errors are refunded promptly.
5. Digital Goods & Right of Withdrawal
The Extension is a digital product. A license is issued and the product is delivered as soon as payment is confirmed. By completing your purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you lose any applicable statutory right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) at that point.
6. Free Trial
New users receive a time-limited free trial with no payment required. The trial is provided as-is.
7. Service Availability
We maintain the Extension on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee indefinite compatibility with Vinted's website, as Vinted may change its interface or policies without notice. Temporary incompatibility caused by Vinted-side changes does not constitute grounds for a refund.
