1. The Extension

Rackoon ("the Extension") is a browser extension that enriches the Vinted shopping experience. It is provided free of charge, in full, to everyone.

2. No Payment

There is nothing to buy. Rackoon has no paid tier, no time-limited trial, and no feature that requires payment to unlock. We do not collect payment details, and there is no account to create, bill, or cancel.

3. Acceptable Use

The Extension reads Vinted pages using your own logged-in browser session, on your own behalf. Use it for your personal shopping. Do not use it to scrape Vinted at scale, to resell the data it collects, or in any way that breaks Vinted's terms or applicable law.

4. No Warranty

The Extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, including missed listings, incorrect or stale data shown on a card, or any action Vinted takes on your account.

5. Privacy

Item data fetched from Vinted is cached locally in your browser and never leaves your device. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Changes

We may update the Extension or these terms at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may also stop distributing or supporting the Extension at any point.

7. Service Availability

We maintain the Extension on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee indefinite compatibility with Vinted's website, as Vinted may change its interface or policies without notice, which can temporarily or permanently break parts of the Extension.
